PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE SOME REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR AN E-VISA CHINA:
Exclusively for tourists and business people who, in addition to their business visit, also do something touristic (no Engineers, only ‘visit’) it concerns an L visa (stands for tourist) you may never travel with 2 visas for China in your passport.
You are not leaving for China within 10 days! After the visa is issued, you must enter within 14 days.
You fly with at least 2 people back and forth on the same flight and stay together for the entire trip. (the other(s)
do not have a visa yet) You may fly back from another location.
Your stay in China is a maximum of 30 days.
This concerns a one-time and in/out journey (single entry) to China.
Age under 80, over 80 only if you are traveling with a younger person, or a trip with a Chinese guide.
Children under 18 must travel with someone over 18.
What documents (<1000 KB / 1 MB) do you need:
copy of ID page of passports (passport must be valid for 6 months after entry). You must also fly with this passport. (that is the page where your details are).
You may not scratch the bottom bar of the copy of the passport, because the copy of the passport will be scanned! You must also travel with this passport!
copy of ticket(s). (flight reservation) in the name of your tour operator or booking with the flight numbers on it and all hotels with dates on it when you will be staying there, then you do not need hotel bookings. everything so name, dates and flight details. (hotel only needs to be in one name).
copy of ‘recent’ colour passport photo or clear selfie with white background, looking straight ahead and mouth closed. You are not allowed to take a photo of your passport photo from your passport.
copy of hotel booking(s) or an invitation with address details and possibly an itinerary and if you are going on business, a business invitation so that the trip is clear. There are 4 fields per person to upload everything. If this is too little for you, you can combine various hotels/tickets/etc. and upload them in one go. First print them out and (without advertising) scan them together again and then upload them. You can of course also take photos with your phone and upload them.
The entire trip must also be complete with all hotel bookings (with name and address details). Are these not yet known? Then send an email to: [email protected]
NOTE/ EXTRA INFORMATION NEEDED FOR:
Were you born in China: send your last visa or if you were adopted, a copy of the red booklet.
Are you going to HONG KONG? Then you must also upload an A4 sheet with a signature stating the day you are going from Hong Kong to the mainland/ or vice versa and what transport you will use to do this.
START HERE UNDER THE APPLICATION, you will hear within 4 working days whether the permission has been approved. If it is rejected, you will simply get your money back.
TIP: if you have multiple hotel or flight reservations, you can also print them out first (leave out advertising and conditions), merge them and then scan them again. We only need the hotel bookings once, whether you are with 2 or 10 people. So then you can upload something else in the other fields if necessary. This also applies to the flight details, if there are multiple names on the flight reservation, you only need to upload them once! Then you can use the remaining fields for other documents.
TIP: If you are with 2 families or 2 couples, please each couple/family apply for their own visa!
If you cannot scan, you can also send everything by post. However, we charge an additional 15 euros for this!
HOW DOES IT WORK:
You can apply for the visa a year in advance, but it will only be sent 14 days before your departure. You will hear the permission within 4 working days after your application, if not, please contact us immediately. (If rejected, you will receive your MONEY BACK). On that day you will also be told when the visa will be sent from China. This is 14 days before your departure. You will then receive an email from us. Shipping takes 2 to 3 working days. You will have the visa at home or in the country where you will be staying approximately 12 days before departure (we can send your visa for China all over the world). The day of shipment is also the day of issue and you must then travel to China within 14 days. Upon arrival, you may stay there for another 30 days. The day after shipment, you will receive an email from us with the track-trace number of DHL so that you can track the shipment and a copy of the visa for China.
